How to use this template:

Step 1: Add the company goals and objectives

Write out each OKR on a sticky. Include objectives, key results and the approach.

Step 2: Add your team's objectives, goals and insights

Reflect on your team and think of goals or strategies to implement that would support each objective.

Step 3: Review together and map out dependencies

Gather all teams to review and discuss together and identify any dependencies.
