Retrospectives are a valuable activity after the conclusion of a project, activity, or particularly important meeting as a way to document how the team is feeling and to identify ways to improve work for the future.

This 4Ls Retrospective template allows you to drill down on the likes and dislikes of the team and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement for the future.

How to use this template:

Step 1: Ask your team to reflect back on the recent project, meeting, or activity.

Step 2: Set a timer for 15 minutes and invite them to write down each thought on a sticky and place it in the respective section.

Step 3: As a group, spend 15 minutes discussing the stickies in each section.
